Great place, friendly staff and lots of fantastic facilties to complement the storage.

The ladies working here are friendly and it seemed lovely when I took my stuff in January. However I picked it up yesterday and quite a lot is ruined (apparently the heavy rain had leaked through the building). My dining table has been ruined but much more distressing is the personal things I had packed in boxes at the back of the unit were damaged; photos of my grandparents and valuable books for example. The pictures are irreplaceable and not from a financial point of view of course. I am very upset and distressed about this and the man running the place just told me it was a force of nature and I should have taken out insurance. I was under the impression a storage facility would have insurance for the items it stored. I will be taking this up with trading standards. Meanwhile he wouldn't make any gesture or discount to go some way towards apologising for the damage. A very upsetting experience.

Needed a storage locker to ditch stuff while I was in the process of relocating. Really nice people- they provided locks and returned £ on the unused time when I checked out. Would use again- the only issue you might have is a lot of the storage units are up a flight of stairs and there's no lift, but I didn't have a lot of stuff so it wasn't an issue.
