Excellent service. Sent my MacBook in. Had it back within a week and it has never run better. Fault fixed at an excellent price. Customer service is amazing. Constant updates on when it would be ready and delivery dates. Came wrapped so well I could have run over it with my car and it wouldn’t have made a dent! Can not recommend these guys enough. Even nation wide service. Many many thanks

Macbook wasn't turning on anymore. Apple quoted minimum 600 GBP to replace the battery. The guys from Mind the Mac fixed it for 150 GBP in 2 days.Great service, very friendly and straightforward and obviously skilled!

these guys are really good. My mac had an error and wouldn't shut down. They were very diligent in finding the fault and fixed it. They didn't even charge me! Highly recommended. Very straight, very honest, very good.

Mind the Mac is absolutely fantastic. They fixed my mac which was completely dead and not just the mac they fixed a lenovo and hp. Sam is very helpful and theses guys know what they are doing. Price is quite reasonable as well. If your laptop has an issue, these guys will fix it, give them a go! travel the mind the gap and go to mind the mac...they are only a minute walk from swiss cottage undergroundKeenu

Outstanding customer service! I have taken two different MacBook pros to them to replace the battery. (Apple store told me the laptop is now Vintage and the battery is no longer available anywhere!) but Mind the Mac had it!They always go the extra mile and do some extra bits. First time was a free bug fix on my sisters mac and the second time was free replacement of the rubber anti slip nodes on the bottom! (without even asking).Always honest about the diagnosis.Absolutely outstanding service, so friendly and always go beyond the call of duty at very reasonable prices.So glad I found you. Thank you.

Great service. Very reasonable price. I repaired my macbook screen in June. Writing this review 5 months later, still very good.They repaired and returned the laptop as promised before the weekend, the engineer staying back to complete the job

Mind the Mac came recommended by our IT manager at work and they didn’t disappoint. I had a hardware fault with my iPad Pro and Apple would not help me so I asked MtM if they could assist. They gave me an honest idea of the repair cost as well as some additional checks to confirm the fault. It did indeed need the repair but they kept me informed as to the progress and also kept to the estimated cost. iPad was returned inside a week and now works again perfectly. Thanks guys!
