Extremely good service, excellent staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Genuinely couldn't be happier with this company, brilliant service at what I would say is a reasonable cost, especially considering they operate 24/7. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a locksmith whether it's an emergency or not. The member of staff that dealt with us was superb at his job and so helpful. I don't review things that often but when somebody goes above and beyond to look after you I wouldn't let that go unrecognised. Genuinely couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend the team at Lincoln Security which helped us sort out our noisy smoke alarm. Richard visited us promptly and was very helpful. What impressed us most was their honesty and customer care, which saved us money. Our smoke alarms were fixed the following day. Couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely call them again next time.

I have responsibility for the apartments where I live. There was a difficulty with the intercom system which was resolved by Lincoln Security they were professional and did a great job keeping us update with the progress.As a result and my experience I engaged them to do work within the branch of the Lincoln Branch of the Samaritans they again excelled their reputation in keeping us operational. I have just passed your invoice for payment and would just like to say what an excellent and rapid service you provided us with. I didn’t even catch the engineer’s name but the job was undertaken quickly and effectively. There was a malfunction with our safe and since we use it to store exam papers, this could have been very tricky in terms of our integrity if we hadn't sorted the problem quickly. Great company to do business with. They have installed the equipment i wanted an all done very professionally. I was kept up to date by Kath in the office of what was what at all times. The engineers i had for both jobs were very polite, helpful an cheerful. They also wore ppe which was very important to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lincoln security again in the future an am very happy with the jobs they carried out for me.
