5 star service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We have just had 4 bedrooms, a long landing and our stairs carpeted by Neil and his team and we could not be happier.From the first phone call to aftercare following fitting, Neil and his team have been absolutely fantastic. I have personally found Neil to be the most reliable and genuinely friendly contractor I have worked with. He turned up for a home visit early and with plenty of carpet samples to choose from! This was my first time buying carpets and admittedly, I had no idea what I was doing. Neil took the time to explain the different types of carpets, underlays, trims and gave me his professional recommendation on what would best suit our lifestyle (busy house with big dogs!).Communication has been nothing short of excellent and the carpets look absolutely fantastic! The quality is brilliant, the colour is perfect and the trims that Neil recommended (antique brass) are stunning. We have had so many compliments!I would 100% recommend Neil and his team to anyone looking for new carpets.

Had bedroom carpet laid. Last room in the house to be fitted. All done by Neil and his team over the last few years. Neil himself, showroom staff and the carpet fitters themselves are all great. Very friendly and helpful and do a great job. Would never go anywhere else.

We have just had our whole house refitted with carpets and LVT flooring and the result is amazing. Short version:I wouldn't go elsewhere. Really professional and friendly service with carpets to suit every budget.Long version:Literally have had every carpet in the house replaced and I'll be honest, I was worried by the potential damage this would cause to the walls as we've also just had them decorated. The outcome was really good, the fitters were professional from start to finish!Neil was more than happy to help as much as he could and offered a 1st class service. He even arranged for the doors to plained as they were tight after the carpets were fitted.Some notes that may help:Prices for fitting are per square meter, not per room.Full removal of carpets are at extra cost.The team are happy to come and measure.The team are also happy to fit over multiple days.Planning doors are extra cost.

Neil and his team blew us away with their professional service. Neil is knowledgable and was able to give us specific advice about what flooring would be best for our property. He kept in touch with us every step along the way, and the team left the house spotless...we are hugely impressed, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or use them again in the future.
