Caremark Hull and East Riding

Caremark cared for my nana before she passed away to come in and provide assistance with personal care they are an absolutely fantastic team! My nana could be quite difficult when being asked to do something especially with the stage of dementia she had and the type of woman she was she was very stubborn but the carers were very skilled with dementia and they connected with her and formed a very close bond which my nana opened up to I’m very grateful for the support that Caremark gave us when we needed it most I would 100% recommend Caremark to anyone

I really enjoy working for caremark they have help me come out of my shell before working with caremark I was very shy did not talk much to people but now I have got the confidence to do it.caremark works around family life. I have kept my same round of Care since I started with caremark, everyone is very friendly and will help in anyway they can

I'm a support worker for M,who has LD. We've had a lovely chat this afternoon and this is Msthoughts.M says he loves where he lives and loves all his carers, he likes to be taken to different functions and places in his car. M also likes the different choices of food the staff do for him. M has said he loves to wear his elvis outfit and go to the office for coffee mornings when on.M has given the thumbs up that he is very happy with his long serving staff.

I have worked for caremark for 9 years. I love putting a smile on my clients face every day. Like my job. Like to think i am making a difference to peoples lifes.

My wife LR has been using Caremark since February 2023 the service that has been provided is EXCELLENT, the carers are professional, polite and have a very positive attitude they provide outstanding person centred care always ensuring dignity and respect are given at all times. When speaking to the office they have always been helpful...this is why I have given Caremark a 5 star review...

Caremark have been my lifesaver, really caring staff who always come to me on time. No chores are too big of a job. Carers go above and beyond for me. Always have a smile on there faces. I look forward to them coming to my home. They are professional and make me laugh even when I'm feeling down. They lift my spirit and brighten my darkest days.

We will not be the only people in urgent need of providing care for a loved one when all the health service can offer are half promises that they might at some stage be able to help. As good fortune would have it on the day that we were faced with that problem a leaflet from Caremark dropped through our letter box. Within three hours of making the initial telephone enquiry overnight care was arranged as from that same night with the minimum of formalities to go through. Many thanks to Valentine for the wonderful care he provided and to Caremark for making it happen so easily.

This company looked after my father-in-law for many years up to his recent death. The care he received was superb, they often went over and above what one would expect. They enabled him to stay in his own home right until the end. They had to cope with some difficult situations and would always ring me if they found something untoward. They found him entertaining though challenging at times

I have worked for caremark for 10 years .i absolutely love my job .all my clients are lovely. I love caring for each and everyone of them .it can be sad at times but very rewarding at the same time.we have great mangerment team .especially Russell deputy manager who will help you in away he can hes great .guy.Then got cheeky andy supervisor who is great he goes out of his way to help me in my personal life .and what can i say about my Joanne care coordinator shes amazing she always looked after me she very caring lady shes is amazing at her role .and very dedicated to her role .and not forgetting Daniel Rhodes general manager who without him the company wouldn't be where it is today xx heres too my next 10 years at caremark lol xx
