Good doctors but unfortunately you can't get to see one. Why they can't book advance appointments is beyond me. Surely it would take the strain away from everyone ringing at 8am.

The idea of being able to ring for a face to face appointment with a known doctor has inevitably changed post Covid. The care is still there it just looks and is accessed in a different manner and takes some getting used to. What has not changed is the level of care shown by the reception staff who work their hardest in trying circumstances and try very hard to give all customers the best service that they can. I have found them always polite, always courteous , consistently helpful and I applaud and thank them all.

Absolutely disgusted that you wouldn't do a home visit for my 90 year old mum who has servere hip and lower back pain. Receptionist just said a flat No! No concern no offer to speak to a duty Dr, absolutely nothing.Use to be a brilliant surgery, use to wish I was a patient there myself, not anymore.Useless, Absolutely useless.One star given because you have to give a star to write a review.

I’ve only been able to visit this establishment once for an appointment. Every other time has been disappointing.Unbelievable how I have to wait half an hour for your lines to “not be busy”. Yesterday I called in and was told to call back today at 8. Now, It seems nobody wants to pick up. It’s been 20 minutes since 8. Get a grip.

Called in 17:16 to speak to Dr ref to sinusitis issue. Within 60min was able to get phone consultation with Dr. Thank you so much

It’s very poor, I’ve rang this morning at 08:30 since I’ve been told by audiologist yesterday that have a ear infection and need antibiotics as soon as possible. Been told by receptionist can’t be seen today as completely full and need to try again tomorrow. Unbelievable

WORST PRACTICE EVER!!!This is the only doctors I know that never has any appointments, I ring yo first thing in the morning to be told ‘yeah we haven’t got appointments for a few weeks now’ this doctors is pathetic. I don’t understand how this establishment is even still up and running.

When I can see a medical professional, the service is very good. Getting to see one is a real pain, though. I've been trying to get through on the phone for three days, without success. The website offers the option to book an appointment online, but neither the MyGP nor the Patient Access apps allow this. It's getting ridiculous. I'm sure the pandemic will get the blame, but as everything else is opening up, COVID cannot continue to be blamed for poor service.**Edit - the practice website says that appointments can be booked by phoning, using the Patient Access website, or by visiting the practice. The phones go unanswered. The website says that the practice does not allow appointments to be booked online. A personal visit to the practice revealed that appointments cannot be booked ahead of the current day, and there are rarely any available. I see a complaint coming....

If i could would be 0 star. The lady on reception with blonde highlighted hair to shoulder has been very rude today, rolling her eyes at me..she definitely needs some training in customer care . Please send her on a course immediately.
