I sent my laptop back to L.O. for repairs after a backlight issue, and the unit was damaged on the way. Thought it was a goner. Very happy to receive the laptop back looking almost new, obviously at the expense of some effort on the behalf of their repairs team. Highly recommended! Thanks again to those involved.

The laptop arrived the day after I ordered it, and it was exactly as described on the website. (Open box, but immaculate and unused). The price was incredibly competitive considering the specification, and so far I've been very impressed by the company. Spending these relatively large sums online can be nerve wracking, so I thought I'd write my experience in case it helps anybody else thinking of using them.

Really good costumer service, very helpful and definitely the best prices. I couldn’t choose between two laptops and got lots of help via email. I have chosen a ASU’s laptop, delivery was quick.

I got phone back in June 2023 for £700. In August it just stopped working. Laptop Outlet first said sorry it has been more than 28 days

Don't give these people your money, they sell faulty machines and then endlessly mess you around. I bought a laptop, it had power supply faults from the start. They told me to return it to them, then said I shouldn't have. Their engineers looked at it and it was faulty but they refused to refund, although the laptop is less than 6months and can be refunded in law. Laptop outlet returned the machine to Samsung. 6 weeks later and nothing, no return date, no info on what has been repaired. I have emailed so many times. Complete fail, ridiculously stressful and impact on my business.

This is a mixed review, hence the 3 stars. I ordered a refurbished dell laptop, delivery was fine, however it would power up. I called customer services and they were very helpful and sent me a paid for return.It then took another 2 weeks to get the refund, and it took another call to find out what happened. Again, customer services were very friendly and helpful and pushed through my refund.Hence this mixed review. I didn't end up getting a laptop, and it took a while to get a refund with a but of chasing. However customer services were very friendly and helpful.I would probably use them again, hopefully with a better overall outcome.

The sign of a good company is what they do when things go wrong. In this case, you couldn't ask for more.I bought a phone and unfortunately it had issues. I'm fairly tech proficient so knew that the issues weren't down to anything I was doing.Called Laptop Outlet and spoke to a gentleman who accepted the explanation I gave and agreed for the phone to be replaced. As soon as the call was over I received a prepaid return label. Dropped the phone off that day (Monday) and by Thursday I had a new phone that works perfectly.No quibbles.This is how it should be and why I no longer purchase anything over £100 from Amazon. They make returns on high value items problematic and drawn out. They had the same phone for the same price, but I went with Laptop Outlet instead.Great service and will definitely buy from them again.

I recently bought a laptop from LO and couldn't be happier. Their website was easy to navigate, helping me find the perfect laptop quickly. The delivery was unbelievably fast, and the laptop arrived in pristine condition. Their customer service was exceptional, promptly addressing any questions I had.Overall, a top-notch experience that I highly recommend!

Horrible experience, I brought a ROG laptop on eBay last September, it shows 2 major problems until today ( motherboard and screen), As an international student, I need to write a lot of essays, and the time is tight, so the repair process took up a lot of my time. And the company doesn't admit to selling extremely poor quality items, it's just gives me repair service, what should I do if the warranty is over? Everyone please stop buying from this company!!!!!!

Over 14 months after ordering an extended warranty from this company I am still waiting for it.In those 14 months they have been unable to source a warranty. Yes, I don't understand this either as 10 mins on a computer would enable them to source it straight from the manufacturer!SimplesIncompetence is the watchword of this company and customer services strives daily to achieve it, and achieve it they do!
