This was the most painless and efficient installation possible. Stephen was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. I cannot fault him as he was top-rate, very efficient, and very clean. Everything beautifully executed and explained. Worth every penny.

We were looking to get an AC installed in our upstairs bedroom, so called Stephen to discuss our options. He came around to check and advised possibilities. Booked him supply and get it all installed. He and his mate arrived on scheduled time and carried out a professional install while taking care of intricate details. The whole process of the installation and AC functionality was explained before they left. We have found the whole process seamless and value for money, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Stephen to others. We will surely be using him gain in future when the need arises.

Stephen quoted air con for our bedroom, he was clear, quick and answered all our questions.He shared with us several options of air con units based on size, colour, design and cost and allowed us to decide what was best for us.He supplied and fitted the unit in a single day and ensured it was working before he left. Our bedroom was so cold during summer! No more sleepless nights being too hot!!

When I called about getting AC installed in my home office Stephen was clearly very knowledgeable about the topic and wanted to ensure the right system was sized for our needs, rather than up-selling to something too large. For the price we paid I'm very happy with the outcome, this really has transformed the way we use the space and costing a lot less to heat and cool compared to an oil rad and portable AC. Jake the engineer turned up on time and completed the job in no time with a keen eye for detail, equally friendly/professional and tidied up well after.Thank you, no doubt we will be back for another unit elsewhere in the house at some point.

Stephen fitted two Toshiba air conditioning units to our house over two days. He has done an absolutely top quality job and we are really pleased with the units and the way they have been installed. Stephen is very professional and helpful. I was concerned about one of the units as the trunking had to be attacked to tiles on the outside of our house. However, as you can see from the photos, the result is superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be asking Stephen to fit more units in the near future.

Stephen did a great job, came through recommendation and would recommend again.The unit was unfortunately broken on arrival but it was all sorted quickly and replaced with a new one.Very happy with the outcome.

After a very informative phone call (all my questions were answered in depth and there was no rush), I had a/c installed at my home in Berkshire, not only as a source of heating now in the winter, but also for cooling in the summer. Really friendly and very clean working engineer fired the system in just a day - Highly recommend! I also have to say, I am now benefiting from the efficiency of the system which is reflected in my energy bills.
