I used Joanne to clean our 3 bed apartment, she did a great job. Very thorough, took longer than she thought but still charged what she quoted.I would highly recommend.

They picked up the job through Platinum Cleaners - Booked a carpet clean of a one bedroom flat. Paid the price of a full house clean, as it was to include the stairs and landing with it being a first floor flat. Which is fine...However, the standard to which the carpets where cleaned was absolutely terrible. It looked as though they had just hoovered the carpet and sprayed some water on there to make it seem as though they had been properly cleaned.Not only that, but they also didn't even do the stairs and landing AT ALL!!Also, the Area Manager" that I spoke to

I booked buzzy cleaners to clean my corner sofa they never came on time I got in touch with them and they said they were running late so I waited and they did not turn up contacted them again only to be told they would not be there that day had other days available but me and my wife were both working asked for a refund of my 60%DEPOSIT this was in November 2021 and as to date I am still WAITING FOR MY REFUND empty promises and very unprofessional I would urge people out there NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY as you may suffer the same issues as I have
