Putting the bins out also because im not able. That was Julie who's still with me, she's a gem. I had Theresa for one clean when Danielle had an accident & couldn't make it but they were both lovely & I was happy with both their work.

If I could give 0 I would. Half the house cleaned and 1 bed changed in 8 hours! My usual firm does whole house and 4/5 bed changes in 6 hours. Cleaners were paid £80 but owner insisted on taking £35 booking on top even though they completely failed to provide the service asked for.On top of that I have a duvet cover and pillowcase missing! Despite me asking owner to call to try and sort this out he refused and told me to sort with the cleaners. They won’t answer my questions relating to the missing bedding and so I’m a further £200 odd quid out of pocket! Avoid!!!

I am really impressed with Chroma Cleaning. I booked online and got a cleaner in just 3 days. The cleaner left my home spotless and comes back each week. The same cleaner each time. She doesn't just do a surface clean but gets into all the areas I miss. Also she is great with our dogs which is a must! Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

I have Alisha to clean once a week and the service is fantastic. Great quality of clean and a pleasure to have in the house. Also flexible and happy for me to change my mind on day and time when needed. Would definitely recommend.
