My friend and I have attended two Christmas workshops here - one for book folding and one for wreath making. Both sessions were run by lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable people and the resulting creations are gorgeous!I’ll definitely be back for more of these types of workshops - great value for money too!

Excellent, helpful place to take broken items. Have repaired one and found a fault with another. So pleased to have a repair option available. Have refills available for toiletries ie soap, shampoo..., detergents. Take in your own bottle to refill. Staff are fantastic!

Wonderful shop and lovely people, I have borrowed tools for the week at really reasonable price, there is also outdoor games for kids and board games to borrow, which I will utilise in the summer.I also refill my shampoo, and washing liquid here.There's a repair Café to bring in and fix your items, super useful wish I knew about it before!

A great , modern idea of community shopping and borrowing.Trying out camping? Don't buy all the gear,( and discard it), borrow it until you know you like it.Knowledgeable technicians in electrical, sewing and DIY skills on hand to help you repair things and save them from landfill.

Amazing place to borrow tools for very cheap, this has saved me a lot in buying tools that I would only need to use for a short period. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and they also run workshops for adults/children in holidays. Really blessed to have this place in Newport!
