A Team Installations Ltd

We had a house full of windows fitted by A-Team in 2017 and within 3 years two of the windows started to mist. Two years later we now have 5 misted windows and despite a number of phone calls, text messages, voice mails, emails and a letter to A-Team, we still do not have the windows replaced.They did call once out of the blue saying they were 30 minutes away but it was a Friday evening and I was at work! They've never offered again nor did they answer my calls etc.The guarantee we were provided appears to not be worth the paper it was written on.A-Team were cheaper than most of our options a the time of the installation but clearly that won't be the case when I have to pay to replace the poor quality glass.I've held off writing this review in the hope they would deliver on their promise to replace the glass but how many more years should I wait...
