Had a really great experience today, was easy to book and find, receptionist was lovely and friendly as was the lady completing the scan, put me totally at ease - we will be going back

EDIT:I’ve had no response after emailing twice.Just to clarify, I wasn't bothered about waiting so long for my appointment, I was bothered by the assistant telling us that we hadn’t been waiting outside and didn’t call the buzzer…when we did, several times. More than happy to share my location with you at the time to prove I got to your ‘clinic’ 10 mins EARLY.Disappointing experience that left me feeling belittled, uncomfortable and backed into a corner. Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins outside in the heat whilst pregnant with no communication from those inside. The ‘clinic’ itself is very unwelcoming and resembles a secretary’s office, important to add there’s no chaperone in the scan room with you like in other clinics too. The sonographer was nice but the assistant almost had me in tears during what was already an emotional time. We were the ones inconvenienced but instead of simply taking accountability (like the sonographer tried to do), the assistant spoke down to us which really rose the tensions at an already worrying time. She may have been having an off day, but I wish this wasn’t taken out on me on the only day I have been able to see my baby.Definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

I was very dissapointed with the service here had ultra sound the sanographer was rude felt like rushing me i stongly dont recommend this place to say its private they should at least make people feel welcomed and comfortable

Very professional, lovely people from staff doing scan to customer service team on phone. If there’s any problems they help you get seen by the hospital in quick amount of time. They explain everything as they go along and knows what they’re talking about , wouldn’t go to any other company for my scans ❤️

I've been here about 3 times before to get bloods drawn. Every time the service and staff have been friendly, professional and the blood draw has been near painless. Today I missed an appointment and was expecting them to charge me again to re-book it, they simply said they'll let me off this once - you can't ask for more than that. Will continue to use them for my blood draws.

I visited Ultrasound direct Leeds yesterday for an early viability scan at 9 weeks, as I was slightly worried about an ectopic pregnancy. I’d been here before several times with my first pregnancy, and all previous visits had been really positive. The scan lasted about 5 minutes, and I only asked one question. I thought it was a perfectly normal / pleasant interaction and was happy to go home and book further scans throughout my pregnancy.However, as I was waiting in the reception for my scan images, I heard the sonographer go on a huge loud rant about me, I was genuinely shocked and didn’t think she could have possibly been talking about me, until she brought up the question I asked and it clicked that it was me. She was fabricating a scenario where I was apparently kicking off about not being able to see much on screen, she said I was making her feel really uncomfortable and that she lost her patience with me. I don’t know how any of this was even possible given I was in there such a short amount of time and we only exchanged a few pleasantries alongside small talk!There was another couple waiting who could hear every word as well, and were saying how unprofessional it was. The rant went on for so long I started to defend myself in front of them because I couldn’t believe what she was saying, it felt totally made up based on the interaction we had! The man waiting almost knocked on the door to intervene as he found the whole situation so uncomfortable, but I asked him not to as I am very conflict averse and found the whole situation mortifying.When the receptionist eventually came out of the room to give me the scanned images I told her that I had heard everything, and she ignored me so I repeated myself. I didn’t even get an apology, she just told me the passcode for my images and walked back to her desk so I just left.I was in complete shock at the whole experience. I was 9 weeks pregnant, alone, and in a vulnerable medical setting, hearing someone rant about me so angrily immediately after an appointment, in front of me and other paying customers. It was beyond unprofessional and it has left such a horrible taste in my mouth. I don’t believe this woman should be employed in a setting like this.

We attended a 4D Ultrasound apt today, the site is a little tricky to find but once we did find it the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the person who performed the ultrasound was very professional, friendly and despite our daughter not wanting to cooperate and let us see her face during our scan she went over our appointment length so we could get as many photos as possible. We got plenty of physical scan photos and promptly received an email copy of all these images and some short videos too. It seemed very reasonably priced considering all this too. Thank you

My wife has a very similar experience to Katie Rider who has also reviewed this branch with 1 star. A similar scenario where the receptionist was very rude and outright lied to my wife leaving my wife embarrassed and in tears today when she left with very few photos and stressed about the whole experience, my wife ended up on the bed for 45 seconds, told she was a lier (despite me being at the first appointment and also hearing what my wife was told via the same receptionist). i have left a message through your website and my contact details and I would welcome a phone call to give you more details.Warning to anyone who chooses this company.

Jayne and the rest of the team were amazing. Felt so reassured after my gender scan, had the biggest smile on my face the rest of the day x

Been for an early viability scan today and was pleasantly surprised after seeing some previous reviews. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We were able to easily move our appointment to an earlier slot as they had availability, it was easy to find, there was a polite notice on the door about possible wait time but door was answered very quickly. Nicola was very friendly as our first contact and Helen who performed the scan made us feel so a comfortable and was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend!
