Excellent service. Bought my first car yesterday from here. Great lads who gave fantastic service. Gave me all the information on the car, provided me with all the documentation. Registered the car for me and also sorted the tax. Gave me extended warranty as a new first time driver and even arranged delivery of the car to my home address. My car has arrived today as promised. Would definately recommend this garage. Nothing was too much trouble, all friendly guys who spent time with us. Made purchasing a car so much easier especially when you no nothing about cars. Thank you again. So happy.

From the minute I walked into the office to buy my wifes car, I was treated with respect and staff showed a genuine desire to help me - going above and beyond what I would expect from any business. Their communication is great and they do not shy away from providing you honest information about the cars they sell. I was offered drinks while I was waiting to complete documentation and the office was buzzing with happy customers purchasing vehicles.If you are looking for a new car then these are the guys to go to. I live a fair distance away but the quality of service is so outstanding I will be returning when I need to upgrade my car. A really first-class car-buying experience from the lovely people at ESA Automotive. I had quite a distance to travel so they sent me a very detailed video of the car first, and then opened up out of hours so I could view the car when it was convenient for me. The whole process was simple and smooth, and there were very honest about the car's (very minor) flaws. I definitely 100% recommend ESA Automotive.

Went in to look at a car today. Even though I’ve not bought it the guys were honest about their cars and care about the customer. Didn’t try and push me into making a decision there and then unlike other dealers.
