Just had great service and v.quick response from Darren and John Bishop of Trade widows for a small spare part for my Bi-fold doors installed 10 years ago.Their doors have done us proud with every day use over this time and this has been our first contact since installation.Truly excellent Product and Service.

I needed a replacement lock mechanism for my French doors. Darren spent ages researching which lock it was and also with my permission took the lock apart to make sure i did in fact need a new lock. He even asked me to take the rest of the mechanism off of the door and let him see it in case it was that which was at fault. In summary he could have just sold me the lock without checking i needed it. For the profit he would make on it he could have just sent me packing when i first walked through the door. He ordered the lock which fitted perfectly and cured my problem. I can certainly say these guys are not just there to take your money. Good customer service isnt easy to find these days. Thanks again for your time and help Darren.

John was very helpful to me last week, had to replace gearbox on locking mechanism on my sons front door, could not have been more helpful, well done you guys.
