So pleased with the service from the Fireplace and Stove shop, we showed them the design we wanted and they delivered just that!From the initial survey to the building work everything was excellent. The work only took one day and the workmanship was excellent with no fuss We are over the moon with our new stove and it makes such a difference!Highly recommend these guys if you're considering getting a new fireplace

Excellent range of burners knowlegable staff Adam was not pushy and assisted us in selecting a burner to suit us. Customer service has been excellent from initial installation through to shelf being added. Aaron Tom and all guys that visited make an effort to protect flooring and furniture tools respect for our home . Would 100% recommend The Fireplace and Stove Centre

Finally got a quote after many requests. That was shortly before Easter. Since then communciation has completed stopped. I was told someone would be in touch after Easter but nothing. Now they don't respond to my emails, they don't pick up the phone or call back when I leave a message and I even popped into the shop and was told Adam would be in touch but nothing. Shocking service!

Staff friendly and very helpful. Had the log burner fitted few issues found by Adam and Shaun the fitter but sorted out by them. Can't recommend them enough and anyone that needs a log burner go to these guys 5***** service .

Good range of stoves available to choose from. Advice given by Adam was excellent told the pros and cons of each design so we could make an informed choice and definitely not pushy. Can not fault the service. Our stove was fitted on the day arranged with no issues. Highly recommended wish we had done it years ago.

Gemma and Adam are really knowledgeable and so helpful in providing information about our log burner installation, the regulations, surrounds and range of size & suitability. The installation took 1 day and the fitters were brilliant. We have a cream carpet and not a single problem with keeping it covered and clean. We would recommend without hesitation.

What can I say. Lovely people. Lovely log burner. The fitters where extremely brilliant, they fitted my contura stove for me, in 1 day had it going with low burns. Can't wait for winter to crank it up full throttle. Would sincerely recommend this firm. Thanks to all of you excellent

Its 2nd time ive used this company.You can expect the work to be carried out to a good standard and they arrived on timeHowever the admin has declined dramatically,We spent allot of time chasing up what is happening about our fire with the issues we had,we was always being told somebody would contact us,we always had to ring themI found it unusual we had to pay two different people/companies.We had issues with our fire after installation, they was contacted weeks later no reply,now using a local company.

Highly recommend The Fireplace & Stove Shop, Adam came to the house to assess and we went with a Contura Log Burner. We love it!The installation guys were great too, we had an issue with a blocked chimney and they had to work around cutting a hole in the wall over a giant fishtank to clear the blockage!! Great work. Thank you again.
