Unfriendly staff , offered me 36 for something valued at 56 on the website and it was in mint condition day light robbery at its finest

Left them 2 drones. Both times I was told I will get my vouchers sane day. For a first one I had to ask Customer Service to step in. Second one even worse as I was told it will be graded A and I'll get my voucher same day. After 48h I asked Customer Service to check what's going on as there's absolutely no progress. Got respond it has been graded and voucher has been sent (again I didn't get anything)I don't know what they doing down there but it's safer and easier to post items than use this store. Avoid as plague as they will tell U whatever U want to hear and do (or rather don't) whatever they want.I will still use CeX offer but definitely online only or maybe I'll choose different store.

One guy was arrogant enough to say the airpod pros I was trading in was fake! If it wasn't for the hours posted (9AM to 6PM) I'd never be back!I never had any CeX staff speak to me in that way. He was even close to laughing tooDon't ever say that to a customer who's trading in ones every 3 weeks!

Bought a grade b fone. But after purchasing I discovered they had charged more for a second hand fone than a new cost. Refused a refund or a price reduction. Beware of any prices before you buy. Check how much it costs new

Pick nice colour keyboard for £20 guys are very nice friendly lads would chat away to you and give great advice on anything you need to know

Great place to pick up physical media at low prices if you're not totally on the streaming train. 2nd hand electronics are more expensive than eBay, but at least you have the assurance of a two year warranty should they develop issues. Decent sized store with an ample range of DVDs Blu-rays and CDs. Lots of used mobile phones, tablets games systems & games etc

Cheeky staff, especially one and intermittent faults not covered under warranty.I bought an s7 which froze intermittently about once a month, when I took the phone back they did not believe me and said if they couldn't find the intermittent fault that happened once a month they wouldn't cover it. They said they would send it away if it wasn't found in shop and it could take up to a month before i could get it back and if nothing found tough.I said I had a video of the phone frozen doing nothing and it would prove it is faulty but the cheeky man in charge didn't want to know. During a coronavirus pandemic It is unacceptable to expect to take my phone for a month and possibly still not find the fault.Thankfully the phone froze completely about 3 weeks later and they couldn't refuse it.They still made it as awkward and uncomfortable for me as possible.I will never be using cex again. If you have intermittent faults with goods they are all traded into cex and sold out again.Second hand games sold more expensive than what it would cost new.Beware.
