No stars!Website clearly stated they closed at 7.30pm on Friday 27th Dec '19.Took yhe 40 minute drive and we arrived just before 7pm to find it was completely closed with all the shutters down and in total darkness!Spent the money in JD instead who were still open for the stated time

Bought a puma hoodie from here 9 days ago. I put it in the wash with the puma pants I bought with it and the hoodie came out ripped. Took it back and got told that it's been caught on something in the wash (even though it was only in there with the pants) and it isn't a manufacturing problem. The don't care attitude from the girl was disgusting and even when I told her it's only been in the wash with the pants she just shrugged and said I can't accept that as a return. This shop, its staff and their don't care attitude is a disgrace. £32 down the drain on something I haven't even worn yet.

Today (30th of July 2022 at 10:30 am) we been to get a pair of Nike socks and asked the staff (young, tall, dark hair with hung over look over on his face) at the back till, if they had a pair in smaller size, he replied with a careless attitude 'no', when I asked if they could check the stock, the reply was the same with similar I dont care about customer attitude. Not going there again.

Women's sports ranges are quite limited, and dull colours. Plenty of bra type gym tops but not all females want those. Some items quite pricey, can be bought elsewhere for more reasonable prices( even the 'branded' ones.)

Great place to shop and fantastic staff, my 11yr old daughter left her purse in this shop which contained her birthday money and bank card, we called in the next day to see if by miracle it had been handed in, luckily a staff member found it and kept it until the rightful owner was found, thank you very much for your decency an honesty. P.s the shop was really busy so anyone could've just picked it up and kept it.

I asked the girl for help she didn't really want to help so she called someone over instead and I'm sorry if your working in retail around customers it wouldn't hurt to wear some body spray. The young lads b.o was really bad.I really like some trainers but didn't have my size.

Good value. Usually good stock. I do find the stores are a bit hectic and if you are trying to find something, finding staff available to ask is not the easiest, but overall it is my go to for sporting goods.

Good social distancing by staff, not so good (non existent) from customers. I understand its difficult for them to enforce in Wales but didn't leave you feeling safe. Usual range, usual prices otherwise
