So very kind and caring of my little dog who was quite poorly. All treatment fully explained, plus I was given an estimate of charges before they went ahead with her treatment so was fully aware of what to expect to pay.

£65.00, for a 7 minute check of our cat.£30.18 for medicine that can be purchased for £5.36 on line.I feel cheated for paying £95.18Making as much money as possible now seems to be all that matters.

I have been made to feel v welcomed and at home here. The receptionists are v knowledgeable and gave their time to explain the costs to me. There is space for all types of animal with designated areas too.I felt well looked after by the vet on our visit.

Hawthorne Lodge Veterinary Practice
Had service from Hawthorne for around 20 years now, amazing staff, great with sorting our medicines and quick to make appointments. The vets/vet assistants themselves are also so outstanding with their work and gentle with all animals. Everyone who works there is so welcoming and friendly, do recommend them 100%!

Lovely vet practice, our dog was treated with kindness and the care was exceptional. There were no judgements and they listened to all our concerns. We now have a happy dog and we wouldn’t take him anywhere else now. Thank you!
