Be aware! Used this company for a year with no problems. paying nearly £30 each time. However they only give 24 hrs notice by non-reply-able text, and you never know when they plan to come every two or three months, they decide, so if you are not home on they day they plan to come i.e abroad or in incommunicado like I was and they can not get access they will charge you min £25 on Direct Debit. and will to refuse to arrange to come on another day to finish the job. Customer service is shocking. When you complain you find out that your loyal custom means nothing. You basically are told to go else where. Best to choose a company that appreciates your loyalty and are more reliable.

First time using Pinnacle to clean our windows and we were very impressed. Great service end to end, from arranging the appointment to very clean windows and sills.

I enquired with Pinnacle regarding the cleaning of the first and second floors of the external façade of a building in the centre of Kettering. They identified a potential issue in that there were businesses below and if dirty water dripped onto their windows they wouldn't like it which is understandable. I told Pinnacle I'd be happy to pay for the cleaning of any ground floor windows that got dirty / wet during the cleaning of the upper floors.I was then told PInnacle had spoken to one of those businesses and even if their windows got cleaned they were refusing to allow the upper floors to be cleaned. Very strange I thought so I went and spoke to the business and was told completely the opposite and even they didn't recall any such conversation with Pinnacle. They also questioned why, if the dirty windows got cleaned, would they refuse. That's exactly what I thought I told them.I recalled my conversation with the business to Pinnacle and was then told that conversations had taken place with 'senior managers who would carry out this deployment' and they are 'unwilling to put Pinnacle in a position where the cleaning would cause damage to our companies’ reputation & standing'.So after months of trying to get a quote for a one off clean (where Pinnacle stated on our first conversation that they preferred regular jobs and not one off) I'm then told that there was still a reputational issue. I'm sure to people reading this will conclude, as I did, that Pinnacle didn't actually want the job and made up reasons, which when challenged and removed, only left them with the reputational damage rationale for refusal.They would have earned a great deal more respect from me in declining the job months ago rather than waste both our time in dragging the 'quotation process' out with uncredible excuses for not wanting the job. More worryingly all my conversations and communication were with the Gary, the MD. Perhaps if I wanted 3 cleans per year as Gary recommended the outcome would have been different....

Very impressed from the star, by the professional and friendliness by everyone from the Admin staff to the two young men who carried out the work. They did a fantastic job and I can highly recommend the company to everyone

Very pleased, did my conservatory and soffits then all the windows. Really does look new. Two young men were professional, thorough and polite. Couldn't ask for more.
