One of the nicest Starbucks, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. Beautifully clean, tidy lots of seating space and really lovely staff. They also have two fast EV charging points which I used. A very pleasant pitstop.

Arrived with my mum. We just wanted a coffee and cake, but there was very little to choose from. The tables all needed a wipe, and it felt flat. We had our drink and cake, which were fine. But we didn't take our time over it, which we would have had it been a nicer experience.

Had to point out to the blonde girl that served us that she had not said please or thank you while she was serving us or the other 3 people that were behind us. Manners and courtesy cost nothing and go a long way in todays competitive world. Coffee was fine as usual but left there knowing we won’t ever return.

I’ve been twice and disappointed both times. Under cooked toastie first time. I had to insist that it was cooked more because it was cold. Pumpkin cold brew 2nd time was just a cold coffee with a millimetre of orange supposedly froth. The staff then tried to convince me that’s how it should be. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.will not be going again. Only gave an extra star for service because one member of staff tried to help. I found most of the staff to be unhelpful and ill mannered

Always lovely people. My only fault today was that my frappe wasn’t blended enough so couldn’t drink it. It’s been about an hour and there are still huge chunks of ice in it. A little longer in the blender next time please. Thanks

A lovely big starbucks with a nice seating area. Great for small meetings that don't need to be private too. Very comfy seating.

Every single time we come here, I ask for a small coffee and get given a large one. Ask for almond milk, always given cows milk. Honestly I think they must be pranking me. Today, my partner ordered a normal flat white, and discovered it had HAZELNUT in it???????? Way to send someone into anaphylactic shock… Your staff are going to kill someone doing that. Seriously. I would love to see this place shut down and reopened with staff who understand the seriousness of allergies. Appalling.

It's a lovely old building, with a spacious modern interior, I usually just use the drive though, but I stopped for breakfast. The staff were very helpful with my EV charging /parking problem

Bizzare place, really big rooms and not many tables and chairs. First time I have been here, servers were proper grumpy. Coffee was good, but each drink was done seperatley, so by the time everyone in our party had their drinks, the first ones had finished. All just a bit weird. Oh, and they don't take cash !!!
