My mother in law booked a groom for her dog today at 12, she dragged the dog and her grandkids out in the rain to take him to his appointment and when she arrived she was greeted with a refusal to groom him because he looked like a 'snappy dog' the dog has been groomed before and she has never had any problems. I think if this is the attitude you are greeted with then you are clearly in the wrong job as I know of many dogs who dislike being groomed but groomers are still able to do it even if it means using a muzzle to do so! An utter waste of time would not reccomend at all.

After nearly 5 years of going to different Groomers this is Definitely the best one, what a lovely job she has done to my Bailey (Yorkie) highly recommend Thankyou, & he smells lovely to xx

Excellent service...Took my 2chihuahuas Teddy and Benson to the Doggie Den for the first time today..They have come home looking amazing and smelling beautiful...Yvonne had done a fabulous job and will definitely be recommending her to friends...Thank you

Tuesday 13th February rang Yvonne for the first time, andFound her to be very helpful and took are dog that same day. I was amazed at how wonderful are dog looked after and he clearly was happy to have been left with Yvonne. Thank you so much we will be back for sure.

We took Alfie today our lowchen /poodle cross .All the reviews we read made the decision very easy .& my word Yvonne is a Rembrandt with her grooming equipment, Alfie looked stunning totally over the moonCan not thank Yvonne enough we have booked Alfie for a return visit in the new year .totally recommendedAfter two botched grooming practices abroad that left Alfie traumatised.At last we can relax now as Alfie will be not going anywhere else than The Doggie Den ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a really matted dog (thru no fault of my own ) I took him here for the first time and Yvonne warned us that she will be cutting a lot off but said when she looked at his face she would try to leave a cute face and when I returned I was exceptionally pleased with what I saw, he was the cutest dog ever thanks to Yvonne and team x
