Murray replaced our old back boiler with a new combi boiler and changed our shower. he is a very nice chap with a good attitude he is very polite and knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble he is very clean an tidy and on top of that his prices are very keen. I would definitely recommend.

Murray is absolutely fantastic, we had a gas leak in our house and he came out and solved it for us really quickly. Really nice guy and excellent service. Will definitely be using Vortex again in future. 10/10

Murray is an excellent gas engineer. We have a complicated system and he sorted out problems with it we didn’t even know we had. He is thorough, knowledgeable and very good at his job. He comes when he says he will and is very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

We had a leak from our shower. Once Murray identified the problem we agreed a temporary fix to make watertight again (we weren't ready to replace the whole shower unit). Murray turned up as agreed and completed the work with the minimum of fuss and to an excellent standard. No more leak. We are very pleased with the solution albeit only temporary. Will be inviting Murray back to do the whole bathroom once we get around to it. Highly recommended.

Murray came to service our two gas boilers. What he found were two boilers in very poor condition - and they really were. He rolled up his sleeves and got down to the task without hesitation. After two hours I suggested he move to an hourly rate. He left after four hours, having sorted us out. I wish I'd taken 'before' photos to show what Murray faced, what he had to deal with. Great job. Great attitude. Thank you!

Murray was reliable, honest, knowledgable, professional, hard working, charged a fair price and fitted in a couple of jobs for me into his busy schedule so I didn't have to wait long. He's also a friendly nice guy. Basically all you want in your local plumber. I would use him again.

Murray fitted our replacement combi-boiler, he was friendly, knowledgeable, fast and tidy. He also noticed how our old flue was a little unsafe so he installed a new bracket and beam free of charge. He was also good value for money. I would absolutely recommend

Murray is amazing. He installed a tricky shower, screen and pipework with no problem at all. Lovely to chat to and a solid, honest worker. He's definitely my go to for anything plumbing.
