Kilbys chimney sweep
Was very critical and made personal comments regarding my fire place. He still swept my chimney and certified it so it could not be that bad. He was here to sweep the chimney not criticise my fireplace. I felt he just wanted to do a rush job and not sweep the chimney properly he was only here for about 15 minutes and I’m still getting debris falling down my chimney. Looks all professional but with a bad stuck up attitude .

Great service. Ashley cleaned our Roastery chimney and did a very thorough job. He gave us some very helpful advice regarding improving and maintaining the draw. He even took a look down the flume with a chimney camera to make sure the corner was clean.

Great service from Ashley this morning regarding our log burner. Gave it a sweep out, ready for winter,, and recommended fuel to use moving forward to prevent tarring on the flue. Excellent service!

Very reliable, had to book well in advance, chap turned up on the day and on time. Clear communication and very tidy job. Definitely worth book marking for next year

Thank you Ashley for coming out and cleaning the chimney - it was a very clean and professional job - and the advice on sorting those nasty crows out. The crows have nearly finished nesting and flying the roost and you will be able to come back and put a cap on the chimney. I will give you a ring.

Ashley came to inspect and sweep our chimney after we had opened up the fireplace to have a stove installed. We also had a bird guard fitted to top it off. Great service from start to finish! Would definitley recommend!
