I was mis sold.Company does not exist anymore,I do not know what to do.

Very rude saff who threaten you and swear at you! They turn up at your door when you cancel buying anything from them because of their very rude attitudes and the bad customer service you receive!

Made the mistake of buying a solar system from this company. System works great but now they want me to upgrade they are phoning me night and day. They have been told to stop calling but persist. The latest caller was aggressive. Avoid dealing with this company.

I do not recommend this company as a Solar Panel installer. Positive: Their solar panels and the inverter is good quality. It is generated 450 kWh electricity in the first month!!! It is far above the estimate.Negative: The sales guy promised me £200 voucher to cover my cost for the first 2-3 month.I had to fight 4 weeks to get my voucher. I chase them up but no answer to any of my email or any message on Facebook. They blocked me to send them message or review on facebook. It is a bit funny as just paid them £8000!!!So from Customer Service point of view this company is a disaster. I called them 5 times to ask my voucher. Different lies every time. (Been sent by post a week after Sorry we need to buy some new voucher as out of stock etc)So you are a very important customer until sign the contract. After that no communication at all.The sales guy promised me 4 meetings. Never turned up. What will happen if I have any problem with the system?The finance: They have a contract with company called Creation. It is another joke. 9.9% APR.I sent many emails to customer service of Creation but never answered any of my mails. I can only call them on a premium rate number. So finally I've paid the all finance amount in cash. They charged me £120 interest however my finance never started, they never collected any money from my account.Now when it is paid Creation ask me to call them back again after 4 days on a premium rate number to close my finance account. Oh yes, definitely will call them.

it is the best thing I did and the system is working really well I have only had it since the21st of may and the little meter is showing 125.4 already which I think is good wouldrecommend them to anyone great way to save money.

My roof has been ruined the wiring is not fit for purpose. had it all refitted and roof repaired at a cost of £2500. Avoid this company like the plague.They're only after your money, not competent.

Stay clear of these Guys please Folks!!!!!!!!Not a good company!!!!!
