Safestore Self Storage Ruislip

We recently moved to SafeStore Ruislip from other storage places. Our experience so far is more than what we experienced until now in any other storage area. The staff are very helpful and the policies are very business friendly. To quote an exapmle about the helping staff, we got a container which we started unloading from noon but because of some logistic reasons, the unloading was delayed and we were about to hit 8 pm which is the store closing time. Half of our load was on the ground and we were tensed that the catrons may get wet if we leave them outside overnight. I requested the staff at the reception at that time and they kindly agreed to keep the storage open until we are done. One of their staff, Sibohan took the stress of waiting until 10 pm. With out her help, we would have incurred lots of trouble. She stayed for 2 extra hours just for us. I never experienced this kind of flexibility shown by the staff of any our storage facilities until now. Not on this, there are numerous times where I felt the difference and I strongly recommend this store if you are looking for a storage. We are very thankful to the staff for supporting us. Thanks

Very Supporting staff. Nice and clean place. Only issue, in 200 sq feet unit there was no light and it was dark inside the unit which i think safestore should look into not leaving customers in dark.
