This was a good experience for me and my dog would have no hesitation to recommend your dog to stay .

Lauren couldn’t have been more helpful looking after my dog Poppy. She has stayed a few times now and always comes home happy and well cared for. Lauren helped us out with an emergency stay and keeps me updated with photos and messages on how Poppy is. She is diabetic and has complex health needs requiring medication and injections multiple times a day and it’s just so reassuring leaving her with a qualified nurse who I trust knows how to care for her and what to do in an emergency. Poppy loves staying and won’t stay anywhere else now we’ve found home sweet home.

I cannot recommend Home Sweet Home boarding enough. I felt at complete ease from the minute I spoke to Lauren. Our wee dog had a traumatic event before staying with Lauren and he was super anxious while staying but Lauren kept in contact, worked with him and he settled through all her hard work. We knew when we collected the dog, that he had stayed in a great home, where is was looked after so well and was just treated like one of the family.

We were nervous leaving Neville for so long with anyone other than family for the first time but couldn't have asked for better. Meet and greet was a good step for everyone with any and all questions asked and answered. Lauren has a beautiful setup and kept us informed with pupdates which proved he was loving life. Just grateful he came home as we started to worry he wouldn't want to leave!
