I have been a customer of Wandsworth Windows (WSW) and Parsons Joinery for about 3 years and could not be more pleased with both companies. They are a family owned and run business and they act like a family business – personal, honest and a fervour for fine workmanship. The Joinery and WSW installed some new sash windows for me in my terrace home of 1840 vintage. I was originally visited by Tony, the father, who was a wonderful guy but has sadly now passed away. But his sons, Matthew and Nathan, have taken up the mantel and run the business in the same way with high standards and unbelievable personal attention to detail and to customer’s problems. Sometime after my windows were installed, I encountered small problems necessitating someone to visit my house for some remedial work. The Smith Bros did not hesitate to keep their word about standing behind their work and had remedial fitter come quickly to correct the small problems.
