Malcolm came to my house to change my lock after my keys were stolen. He came promptly and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Although it is a service I hope I don't have to use too often, I would have no hesitation using Capital Locks again and I highly recommend them.

We've used Malcolm a couple of times now for house moves, and he is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonably priced. I called him last thing on completion day and he was there first thing the next morning changing and installing locks for us. He's always happy to offer advice, is very tidy and does a fantastic job. Really fantastic service from Malcolm this evening. Came out in half an hour of calling him, to a snapped key in our backdoor lock which left us unable to lock our door. All fixed and barrel replaced. Malcolm was extremely friendly and great value for such excellent service. Highly recommended!

I had to share my excellant experience with Capital Locks.I was in a rush to get out the house this morning and slammed the door realising I had left the key inside the lock on the inside. I was so angry with myself and panicked at the thought of what the damage would be trying to sort it all out and how much it would all cost.I googled locksmith and came up with Malcolms number. I rang and told him what had happened and he arrived in 20 minutes and did his magic and within a few minutes the door was open and no damage done.I was so relieved and grateful.First class, professional, friendly service.THANK YOU MALCOLM.

Excellent service would highly recommend. Contacted Capital Locks in an urgent situation - Response was fast. Malcolm was friendly, helpful, re-assuring and able to attend within twenty minutes. I was away from home and he contacted me to confirm everything was sorted out and was straightforward with making payment.
