Food was appalling this evening.Very long wait for starters and mains.Sirloin steak tasted burnt and acrid, was cold on arrival to the table, pepercorn sauce was over watered down, the mushroom was shrivelled and inedible.Seasame chicken, the sauce was clearly burnt and unpalatable. Some 7 mins later the other meal ordered finally arrived to the table. Tbf that burger was ok.Wont be visiting again anytime soon. £67 to go home hungry. (Cost of steak and chicken main was removed after complaining thank goodness. £110 would have really infuriated me)

Rather disappointed to be honest. Not sure what all the fuss is with this place? We came here as a family of 4, two adults and two children. We had pre booked a table for 5.30 but when we got there it was like they weren’t ready for us and were struggling to find us a table. They put us on a table that looked like it had just been vacated and had a quick wipe down. Table was sticky. No cutlery. No serviettes. It then took them about 20 mins to take our order. Usually places like this take your drink order within a few mins. Anyway we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. It then took about 50 mins for our starters to arrive. We were provided with no cutlery and had to ask for it. The lad brought us 3 knives and forks, even though we were a party of 4. Still no serviettes provided. We were literally 5 mins into our starters when our mains arrived. Literally felt so rushed once the food finally came out. We explained we weren’t ready for our mains but this wasn’t acknowledged they were just squeezed onto an already over crowded table. I ordered fajitas and the wraps were absolutely tiny. Almost impossible to make a fajita which led to much mess. The food looks nice but flavours were lacking. It was also very pricey. We paid £102 for two adults and two children (and we only had 1 drink each!). We will not be returning.

Food is way overpriced and the taste does not reflect the cost. Mac n cheese bites, OK. Cajun chicken pasta really not worth the price, fairly tasteless. Service was very slow to begin with, drinks order taken 20 minutes after arrival. Ice cream sundae was really nice.Place needs a really good deep clean. Every window was filthy from the inside.

We arrived at 1640 for our 1700 booking this evening, and was promptly seated. After 20mins, still hadn't been served, anything! Our drinks order hadnt even been taken. We asked several members of staff, the only helpful staff member was there from a other store who had a seating plan, and tried to work out who our server was. After 25mins someone finally arrived to take our order, and I ordered the ribs...to be told, that no TGI has any ribs in stock due to some recall? No sign on the door, or sign on reception. We walked out...Currently sat across the estate in Chiquitos, sat down, drinks arrived, and food ordered (yes they have ribs) all within 10mins!Service at TGI stinks!

Came to Friday’s for my monthly craving of sesame chicken strips and half rack of ribs in legendary sauce - and it always is legendary. But crickey me, the portions are shockingly stingy. Look at these tiny quesadillas! You’d think they were appetizers, but no! They are “mains”, apparently worth £16. A half rack of ribs with chips are usually enough to fill me up, but this was an unsatisfying experience and I will not be back for their legendary sauce (the only thing that hasn’t changed). It’s just not worth the 30 minute wait and silly pricing. Fridays also charges you an extra £1 for a dallop of honey mustard sauce (seriously, Britain?).

Just had an absolutely brilliant dinner here! The service was exceptional from the minute we walked in. They had balloon animals being made by servers and nothing was too much trouble. We took the granddaughter and they made her feel like a little star! The food was super tasty and we all polished it off! We'll be back very soon with the rest of the family!

Enjoyed a family meal, lovely food. Staff really friendly and attentive. Drink refills automatically asked if wanted without any waiting. All enjoyed our meals, clean and great atmosphere.

We booked online for a table for 3 adults & 1 baby. We arrived at the restaurant and was greeted by a lady who placed us on a nice big round table with plenty of room for the newborn babies pram. Sophie was our waitress and she was a lovely girl. We ordered £5 cocktails x 2, 1 x milkshake & 1 coffee. Drinks came very quickly and the cocktails looked great. We waited about 15 minutes for food to come. The food came and it all looked good. Well presented and nice portion sizes. The only negative I have was about the New York Strip. Very over priced for a small piece of sirloin steak, 1 half tomato, 1 mushroom and little paper bag of fries. Disappointed. In total our meal came to £130 and I do believe we could of got better value for our money elsewhere. We asked for our bill and Lucy was very lovely who took our payment.Overall experience- staff Sophie & Lucy 10/10.Food 7/10. Felt it was over priced.Other observations I had - the restaurant was cold as the air conditioning was on full blast. There seemed to be lots of staff but the restaurant was empty and it was a Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Shame really. Our table was positioned right near the cooking station and I noticed even though there was lots of staff standing or sitting around doing nothing. Food was sat on the heat plate for ages until 1 poor girl was running back and forth delivering it.Also the 2 young lads cooking probably need to speak to each other and get there timings right with the food as I noticed plates would sit there for a least 10 minutes until the whole order was complete.

Had to downgrade food to take into account the extortionate cost (£20 for a burger) service consisted of showing us a table and taking order and bringing bill. A lot of restaurant come round and ask are you enjoying the food or if you need more drinks but on this occasions they all seemed to be in the kitchen.
