Ali was so helpful and polite. He very quickly replaced the soles of my shoe neatly and in under ten mins. He also treated my shoes with respect. Thanks Ali!

My husband came in the morning at 11 and wasn’t open. So I rushed after work and got there by 5.30, 30 mins before stated closing time. They refused to even take my order and was very rudely mansplaining why he could not do so. Do note on a Thursday the shop will not process anything post 5.30. I suggested that they should show this on the opening times which did not go down well. Waste of my time rushed around with my baby to make the journey. Perhaps when they are able and willing to provide a service they are very good and friendly, but hasn’t been my experience.

A polite service provided by two members of staff Mr Mohamad & Mr Zillur , they both were very helpful in answering my query about the type of metals used for making the key ,they also reassured me that having the keys cut by them will also mean that replacements are free if the key is faulty . The keys turned out completely fine .Thank you.

Complete waste of time! Ordered a car key in October '22, managed to get an appointment to programme it at the branch in February '23. The car key they've got is wrong. I've been waiting so long and left with nothing.

Really pleasant experience with the owner. Called up to ask questions, he answered. I went to the store located inside the Asda and got my car key repaired whilst we chat. They offer competitive prices with good coverage of their products. Highly recommend.

A lovely Greek Man called Pane(not sure of spelling)fixed ma Michael Kors link and changed the battery. He also helped me understand that ma Uboat U1001 can't be fixed in store but can be done by their Repair guys and this is because of the pressure in Diver's watches.Thx for ya service .

Very poor service that Asian man in Asda Timpson’s is rude he should not be in a job. Let alone I was quoted £54 for two keys which I got cut for £16 instead. This is an embarrassment the company is an absolute rip-off and preying on people who use Asda to get a form of access ability. Should be ashamed of yourselves
