Really impressed with the quality of the canvas I received. I had shopped around for ages and was so reluctant to pay the prices of other retailers for something similar. Honestly can not get over how much of a great price it is considering its size. Delivery was seamless also, I was constantly kept up to date and received my order within the expected timeframe. Highly recommend and will definitely be making more purchases!

Bring wee treasure chest of items great value for money. Staff are always helpful and friendly and always around to help.Remember you pay V.A.T on everything so just mind your spend but it's as cheap as chips.

Disrespectful owner purely hate seeing him with that grumpy face. They dont even allow you taking your baby stroller around while shopping, what do you want me to put a 8 months baby on my back. Do not recommend theres some bad energy around in there

I accidently stumbled across this website while looking for something online, and I am delighted that I did, not only did they have what I needed, it was at a remarkable price. I was absolutely shocked by the amount of customer service Bonnypack provides. I ordered a pack of 2 x6 cauldron oil burners. This was a total of 12... when my order arrive I only got 6 plus a free gift. I was absolutely dreading calling customer service as this was my first time using Bonnypack. I spoken to gentleman who swiftly said they will get my other 6 items straight through post. There was no question or fight only I had provide proof I only received 6 iitems. I sent a email to Ariadne, whose customer service was second to none. Eveytime I emailed she was very attentive and professional. She constantly reassured me that they rest of items were on its way. All the items I received were packed extremely well and no items were damaged because of the package. Definitely will be a returning customer as level of service is top notch!!! Well done guys xx

Great experience. Looked online before travelling through, gentleman offered to help me find what was looking for and while he retrieved my items from the warehouse I was offered tea/coffee/water, had a lovely chat then all items were brought to me at the checkout. Best customer service I've experienced in a while. Well done, I'll definitely be back and share my great experience.

really nice item and unusual design which looks very trendy on my coffee tableitem was slightly damaged but nothing that a small blob of glue couldn't fix and customer service can be a small refund so all very good
