Bought a car but its flywheel was cracked and clutch was worn which initially they state that everything is being checked and is in good condition. Bearly they send me the parts but still clutch is not in good place, they edont even receive phone calls and the service they provide is not good, one of the worst business I have ever seen and never trusting this site.

The service centre doesn't answer the phone. It took me 11 calls over the course of a week to finally get an answer and book in for a service.Took the car in for a service today, the woman on the desk was rude, hostile and dismissive when I mentioned the battery on my car seems to be degrading rapidly (20 reg, over 2 weeks max charge has went from 210 miles to 157). She just kept telling me it's the cold weather.My partner has a doctorate in electrical engineering and did his masters in energy transmission and storage. We know that charging at 10 degrees isn't going to reduce the battery capacity by 60 miles.She finally agreed to ask the technician to look at the battery.They said the technician had reset the system software and made an adjustment to the battery (she didn't elaborate) and that we'd notice a difference from the next full charge.Just fully charged the car and the battery capacity has went from 157 miles to 145 miles... Let's see how long it takes me to get this booked back in!

Woman on reception needs to brush up on her customer service skills, not very friendlyNot happy with the overall service at all, would post zero stars if I couldAfter collecting my car and then reading my paperwork it stated that my car had been washed and vacuumed, unfortunately this wasn‘t the case and it was still dirty inside and out which made me think if my car was serviced at allDisappointed and not confidant that I am safe for another 12 months

We took our vehicle in with gearbox issues, having waited 2 weeks for them even to look at it & at least 20 unanswered phone calls I went in to be told it would be looked at & they would ring back. Scott blamed technicians on the sick. No call back & numerous more unanswered calls resulted in me going back again, sob sob stories so we took the vehicle away - not a way to run a business!!! They never answer the phone.

Couldn’t fault the service received from Aidan Johnson at Richard Hardie Silverlink. He took the time to understand why I wished to purchase the car I chose and offered me appropriate alternatives (but ultimately helped me decide on the best option for me). The service received during and after the sale have been impeccable - friendly and honest.
