The best shop for candles in Bromley. The staff was very helpful, and they had a majority of candles to choose.

Absolute love this shop and hayley should be recognised for her friendly and excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to help. Great member of staff

Nice big shop but terrible service. Went in to browse but also for a specific product and received no help from the woman at the counter, not even a hello. When we asked about the product she abruptly told us she didn't know and then that it must just be online and went back to ignoring us. We went to Boots instead that had exactly what we were looking for in their Yankee candle range. On the way back through the centre we could see another member of staff in Yankee uniform on the phone so can only assume when one member of staff is left alone in the shop they don't feel the need to provide customer service as they have no one to hold them accountable. Boots was a much better service, even though the range is in locked cabinets.

Friendly staff, following covid rules, shop is always clean and great displays. Bit expensive so usually wait for a sale. Woodwick candles are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ower discriminate towards his most loyal manager. She was friendly, pleasant and helpful. I realised she stopped working and only realise that they treated her bad and suspended with no evidence only because her of acting manager. she makes so much sales. I personally spent over £300 only because she was good at her job. Didn't know that this could happen 2020.Shame on you.

I came in your shop today your shop assistant was absolutely lovely, so nice to be served by a polite young lady a credit to your store, didn’t get her name but she told us she was sending her parents on a cruise for their anniversary

Friendly staff, had new range of candles and wax melts as well as classic ones (which were on sale). Only down side is they didn't have any candle snuffers.Staff member explained If you buy certain amount of candles there's a collection stamp card for money off next candles you buy.Looking forward to coming back.
