Its Now June 2021 and we have just had our second unit put in downstairs. Fantastic job as ever clean and efficient, top company and the house is coolWe have had our air-conditioning split system installed today in our bedroom. Always a worry wandering who to choose.However Tom and the team have done a fantastic job.Very knowledgeable, they know the whole process and explain it thoroughly.Not one mark or spec of dust left in the house. They cover all walkways before they start.If you are thinking of having Air Con, then you need to give these guys a call.My wife and I can highly recommend them

DO NOT COME ANYWHERE NEAR THIS DREADFUL, ARRAGANT COMPANY! Arranged a boiler service for 1pm ---2pm. At 11:45am i noticed a van on my driveway, i was out side, I collected my keys and walked to the door 5 minutes it took, before i could open it they were driving away. They did not leave a ans. on my answering machine, which always switches on. They said they were of to another job 25 miles away! After phoning the office. What followed was a phone call with the boss. The most self righteous, claiming no responsibilty at all of his company doing anything wrong! Claiming i had a bad attitude! His lack of any customer care, and disgusting response, his laughable excuses and rantings beggars believe.These people should not be allowed in the Gas industry.The Gas safe register will be hearing from me!!

I had a boiler installed by Blue Flame and their service was fantastic. The job was done wonderfully with no issues. The price was the best we found when looking around but it didn't affect the quality - quick and efficient from quote to completion! Also very friendly guys, would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a new boiler installed. They were helpful, hardworking and pleasant. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. They said they would be very happy for me to contact them should I have any problems or queries. I did have a problem a few weeks later and they came the same day that I contacted them; it was just that the controller had lost wifi connection, which they sorted quickly and cheerfully. They even rang the following day to make sure all was ok. I would definitely recommend these people.

Was recommended this company by a friend, we have a five bedroom house and wanted all bedrooms fitted and two rooms down stairs. Contacted the sales man Tom via email and called the company, promised a call, never happened. Not good, have since found an alternative company who are on the ball.Interesting you trolled me, it certainly underpins my opinion and review, which I would have discussed with you but not now.

WARNING….Do not use this company!This is a genuine review. I will try to upload photographic evidence. (Part of a total kitchen & utility room renovation), our Worcester Bosch boiler was fitted by Blue Flame Energy Solutions in 2020 without a PRV connection - a serious safety hazard that was brought to our attention by Worcester Bosch upon inspection of a fault in October 2022! We were then issued with a ‘Danger Do Not Use Warning Notice’. We had, unknowingly, been at risk for 2 years!Prior to the boiler being fitted, the required pipework for the boiler was re-routed to allow it all to be hidden behind new plasterboard.Upon advising Blue Flame of our warning notice, the ONLY solution they were willing to provide was to retrospectively fit the missing PRV connection in the form of an external thick copper pipe below the boiler; an eyesore that isn’t even sitting straight in its angle. In order to have a safe boiler we felt we had to accept this solution.- we have never received any apology or recompense for the incompetence and risk of danger demonstrated by Blue Flame- Why should a customer have to simply accept the quick, cheap solution of a horrendous copper pipe on show, when the error was incompetence of Blue Flame. Had the pipe been connected at installation, it would be hidden along with all the other pipes.- Dale’s manner & attitude is absolutely appalling! He should not be customer facing in any form. He is rude, arrogant and obnoxious with zero empathy for customers who have paid hard-earned money yet received DANGEROUS workmanship putting customers at serious risk- Kevin, (Dale’s father)the owner of the company was, initially, very pleasant but he has since diverted my calls to his son, Dale. Dale will cost you a lot of business Kevin!!- Once Blue Flame have your monies, they don’t want to know. They offer an inadequate fix to THEIR OWN ERRORS & simply walk awayWe will be reporting our findings to the relevant Ombudsman and will contact professional gas engineers, who know what they are doing, to sort out the mess made created by Blue Flame.STEER CLEAR OF BLUE FLAME ENERGY SOLUTIONS- you have been warned!
