Forest Road House Student Accomodation
This could be the most comfort accommodation in Colchester! I truly love the room and the office staffs.! Room and kitchen is new and modern. They are truly helpful and provides great service ! providing 24/7 support for the tenants, spacious vehicle parking and keeping the accommodation very nice and tidy.!

Ugly looking building, but room is large and kitchen is nice (unless you have flatmates who trash it). Very convenient location, near the uni and train station. Washing machine is confusing, gave up after first attempt. Quite a quiet building considering it's mainly for students (I suspect it also allows non-students on the down-low, as I saw a lot of older men), and the staff are very helpful (when you can find them). The main issue for me was the security, as pretty much anyone can walk into your flat without warning you first. If you're a vulnerable person or have anxiety, I would go somewhere else.

This is a great place for a student! It's really close to Tesco and only like 20 min walk from the University! very convenient.Also, it is so much better than I was expecting: the room are much bigger and I think it's enough space; the administrators are very nice and helpful, they would fix everything I needed very fast, also they are always there if you need help with anything!

I feel so lucky that I chose this accommodation for a year studying at University of Essex. Great location in a peaceful area, just 5 minutes walking to Tesco and the bus stop is right in front of the building. Facilities are all in good condition, communal areas like kitchen and bathroom are cleaned every week. The host is really friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this place for students! Gonna miss my home here in UK when coming back to my country :'(

Amazing place to stay. It is affordable and the staff is very friendly, understanding and helpful. They are very responsive and they would immediately fix if something is broken. Also, the location is very convenient, 5 minutes walk to Tesco and 20 minutes walk to Uni. Overall, my experience has been great and this place has everything you need.

It is quiet so you don't have to worry about not being able to study or sleep.I would recommend this to students!

This is nice place to live. Friendly environment and extremely helpful staff, with a fantastic garden (ponds, trees, couches with shelter, benches, barbeque) one can easily relax in or do some work. Mr. Alex is owner and he is very nice person and very cooperative. I recommend that everyone must be come here for live.

Forest Road House Student Accomodation
The rent is cheap and the rooms are nice. I lived in Candan House Flat and my room was nice. The flat is cleaned every week.The set up is like South Courts. Carpets on the floor and large windows. There are 3 different laundry stations,Maintenance is always done within 24 hours after a complaint. Security is good, CCTV everywhere and there is on site security.
