Promised a lot buy the sales reprehensive verbally if we moved from BT. Price was significantly more than bt per line, and the internet speeds were 40-80% slower than what we had with BT (this is from doing speed tests before and after). this was a disappointing shock after being told it would be faster and now that we have agreed to the contract there's nothing they can do about it as everything seems to be working on their end". Its been a complete down grade from what we had.Given the experience I have had using their products I would not recommend this company.I don't like giving negative feedback but we are very disappointed with our experience with yellowcom"

Our business was moving premises and required a more modern telephone and Internet set up. Jenny from Yellowcom set up a meeting that suited my needs and explained the benefits of moving to Yellowcom, the facilities the new phone system would provide and how I could use the service going forward to include my other site.Jenny was always available to answer any questions I had and she set up all the necessary appointments with the engineers to get Internet into our new premises. Andrew came out to do a site survey, he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and understood our requirements. Our new phone and Internet went live exactly when I was told it would and it has been a very smooth experience. Moving our business number to our new premises was essential to retain our customer base without our business needing to inform our customers of a change of number. Our customers who visit our premises have their own Internet password which they can enjoy without interfering with our business Internet needs.I had a further meeting to train me on how to use all the features of the new system and was advised to download an app which allows me to record our business out of hours answer service which was put into effect immediately. I have since used this feature to update our holiday closure and opening hours.Any small issues have been dealt with swiftly and I am extremely satisfied with Yellowcom and all staff who I have emailed or spoken with. A very professional company I would have no problem recommending.

Been with Yellowcom for a number of years and was happy to renew my services. The good thing is I rarely have to speak with them as everything works perfectly as you’d expect.On the occasions when I need help I know I have a dedicated account manager to support me well as their very friendly customer service team.Look forward to our continued relationship moving forward.
