Very disappointed in this company. I booked for them to come and take a look at various aspects of our roof after we had some questionable results from a survey. They booked me in for two weeks time, saying someone would be with me between 2pm and 3pm.On the day they were due to visit, I took half a days holiday from work to be home from 2pm. By 3pm I had heard nothing, so at 3.10pm called the Ipswich office, which after a long time ringing went to voicemail. I tried the Sudbury branch who answered. I explained I had been waiting in for someone to come round, and could they look into what was happening.I was then told the Edward decided that after looking at the job just ten minutes ago (I booked this in a couple of weeks prior), he would not be interested to coming and giving us a quote. I suspect I wouldn't have even received a call from them telling me this if I hadn't chased them up.They wasted my time, and have completely put me off possibly using them in the future. I now have to try and book another company, with a likely wait of two-plus weeks. If they had been upfront from the start I would have understood and been able to book a more professional company who actually take the time to look at a job before deciding they can't be bothered to do it.

Phoned ELC Roofing for a full roof replacement in slate on a listed property in Dedham. The response was extremely fast and the chap who came out was very, very knowledgeable about Grade II listed properties.The work was completed quickly and the workers were very tidy.Overall, very happy and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
