The bus station has been renovated and kept in good condition. A lot of people in the local area think it is an eye-sore, but others think it is a thing of beauty! It has a lot of history and is listed, so it's going nowhere! As a practical bus station, it works like clockwork for local buses and for the long-distance travelling coaches.

Awful bus company. Issues with the drivers not stopping at the correct stops, despite ringing the bell to get off or putting your arm out to get on. Get half a response to complaints. If there is an alternative bus company for your journey, I suggest you use them.

Prestonbus are crappie. Yet again I've rung to get of the bus in good time and the driver ignores it. Sometimes they will apologise, other times they ignore you and just stop the bus. Use another company if you can find one. I've never had this issue with stagecoach.

I have travelled on the Preston Buses for over 10 years now, and with there monthly bus pass, which I get from the information desk, I can hop on and hop off when I need to, and with working on the docks, the 100 bus route is very convenient

You know timetables? Those things that tell you when the bus arrives? Dont bother, add atleast 20 minutes to the designated time and thats when the bus will come, if at all!Bus drivers will also purposely arrive early at busy bus stops to avoid passengers so if youve just finished work start walking.Bus drivers will also skip out roads they know are busy such as Corporation st or Blackpool road just so they can park up and have a cigarette. Too many times have I been late for work or home late because of this ridiculously unorganised company.

I dont use this operator very often but their exact fare system needs to be dropped in favour of simpler fare structure, ordered a day ticket which had to be exactly £3:75 which only creates more fumbling and hassle.Did receive good service though and got me to the Hospital on time.

What a waste of paper these timetables are printed on. No point even looking. Drivers are usually rude, although there are some who at least don't look at you like youve just told them youve ran over their dog.Only positive is the majority of buses are new and clean (if they ever turn up!!!) Regardless, do yourself a favour and walk. Worst bus company I've ever had the displeasure of using.
