New Balance Swindon

Took ages to try on clothes as only one changing room open. I purchased the trousers but got home to find the security tag still on them. I live 2 hours away from the outlet so this is extremely frustrating.

Good for my knee problem.Helpful assistant .

Customer service good the floor, the two assistants were very helpful. However the guy on the til was sullen and did the minimum. I almost felt i was wasting his time.

Poor build quality, shoes started visible wear & tear" within 4 months of purchase :("

Good quality clothing, only issue they don't stock any sizes above XL which for jackets and coats would be great

Good shop, nice range of items including kids running shoes which can be hard to find if you have children who do athletics. A little expensive but good quality products that last so you get what you pay for.

Fantastic shop. I wanted some trainers that would support my feet & as soon as I asked a store assistant (Louise), I was shown a range of brilliant trainers that have been engineered to support & cushion your feet, Louise also informed me that the trainers had 'T Beams' in them that stop your feet from rolling in or out, so they are great for your feet & your overall posture. Louise had fantastic product knowledge & the service I received from her was outstanding, such a lovely, friendly young lady too. The trainers were a great price & I was given another 20% off because I purchased 2 pairs!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this shop in the Outlets in Swindon
