*Update* UKFD appears to be going bust according to Companies House so even less reason to trust them with your money. They appointed Administrators on 17 July.BTW the photos in this review has had over 8000 views and counting, suggesting it may have saved many consumers from losing money with UKFD.UKFD has removed ALL of its social media profiles due to the deluge of negative customers comments....maybe just sell good products with fair service and you wouldn't be going bust?-Their LVT is cheap trash, the warranty doesn't exist and UKFD customer service is non-existent. Live in the UK? It will expand, lift and crack no matter how large the expansion gap you build in. Then you're in for weeks of trying to communicate with a company that will blame anyone else, run and hide. Nobody is available to talk on the phone. Nobody calls you back. 1in10 emails are replied to by nameless 'Customer Care' only when they think they've found a reason to impart blame on the customer.Avoid like the plague unless you enjoy dealing with Small Claims Court.

Purchased over £700 of what was classed as commercial grade laminate flooring. Been down just over 6 months and now every joint os failing. Despite two attempts to get a reaponse from this company i have had no reply and now faced with ripping up the entire floor. The customer service of this company is shocking. Avoid them!!*Update*Now having to take legal action against this company as i have had zero correspondance for the failure of the Eurohome flooring purchased. It is also now starting to de-laminate in areas. I will also be forwarding the 8 yes 8 case references to trading standards. Cannot stress enough how bad this company is.

I have placed an order on 5th October and parcel supposed to be delivered by 9th but they said they will deliver it by 10th October but till now it wasn't delivered. From 10th till 13th October there was no word about my parcel and there is no courtesy to inform it. My builders waited for 4 days and moved to another work due to the uncertainty of the delivery. When I asked for the update from UK flooring direct, there is no update from their side. They said they don't take responsibility of the delivery in this case. I reached the parcel delivery company, they said the parcel length is more than 2 meters and the sender was trying to bend the rules so they cannot deliver it from their side. Due to their tug war, I spend some money on builders waiting and UK flooring direct simply washed their hands by saying no responsibility. Waste of my time . End of the day I cancelled the order and they asked me to return the parcel in a good shape. How can I return it when they don't even deliver it?

It’s great service when you buy and order samples. However the quality control and defects is terrible on their products.I had defects on the corners and at least in five boxes. I tried to ask for customer service help but they didn’t respond to me at all. I called and get redirected. Best go BNQ and if any issues you can refund at shop. Not here! Poor customer service and no response after sales.

Never order from UKFD. You will have terrible experience with delivery, and they will give you an email saying that it is not of their interest to compensate for any financial loss. I've ordered 47 packs of laminated floorings to renovate my house. I've ordered them 3 weeks before I had my fitters come. The order came 4 days later than was promised (just barely before the fitting began), but ONLY 25 OUT OF 47 PACKS came! They were also damaged! I needed the other 22 packs since I made a contract with the fitters for the whole week, but the rest did not arrive in time leading to significant financial loss. When the rest packs did finally arrive, the boxes were torn open (images were taken BEFORE I opened them), and DHL driver called me in advance that the packages are in a bad shape and he wasn't sure if he wanted to deliver it to me. The worst is when I asked for the compensation or money back, they only suggested that I get my delivery fee (25 pounds out of 1200+ pounds order!) refunded, and said that any financial loss due to late delivery is not of their concern. Buy from local stores instead. It is actually cheaper that way.(Update) They will refund damaged products, but they will take very small responsibility for not delivering them correctly. They offered £75 money back as the gesture of goodwill" out £1000+ worth of purchase for not delivering the product in the time (even after giving them an extra week

This company is eager to get your order, but less keen to address any problems. The solid wood plank were faulty and my joiner had to do lots of jiggery pokery to lay them. Basically the tongues had not beenmachined evenly. The customer service is non existent...basically they just try and fob you off with excuses and ignore your emails. Go for a reputable company and avoid this disgraceful company.Update 15/8/2022The response to contact them is a joke. It makes it look to anyone checking their reviews out that they care. I have already contacted them at least half a dozen times and spoken to lots of different people and they do not want to try and resolve any grievances - they've got the money and that's the end of it.

We had a great experience with UK flooring direct. Ordered LVT which looks great! Good customer service from sample to product delivery. I also had leftover packs which I sent back and very quickly received a refund.

Charge £40 for selected delivery date but change it to what suits them anyway and don’t get back in touch. Third time this has happened! Being a tradesman in this industry I won’t be ordering from this company again as they let me down time and time again.

Warning to anyone considering getting flooring from this company, we ordered 9 packs for our kitchen floor, it wasn’t until it was installed and we had lighting that we noticed they had included a different batch pack for the product within the 9. The different batch flooring stands out as you can see in the picture, the backing is also different. Unfortunately due to the large amount of packing you have when having a kitchen fitted we did not keep hold of the boxes. My wife and builder contacted the company about the issue seeking just a replacement pack to cover the different batch but have got nowhere, emails were ignored and the company seem happy to have their mis matched product on display to the public. The builder has stated he will cancel his account and never use them again! I wish I had read previous reviews and steered clear!

I bought my engineered floor as well as my scotia beads with this company. The product looks like very high quality to me, despite I am not an expert, and just installed so now that I am reading all the reviews I am getting very concerned for the future. However the product is extremely expensive and the price doesn't mirror back a good standard of customer service or online management of the order. Literally 5 minutes after buying my carpenter advised I needed just 2 of the 3 packs ordered, there is no way to amend the order online and since late afternoon the CS was closed so my only option was to send an email, so I did. The day after I have been advised the order could not be amended because already left the warehouse, however I could reject partially the order at the delivery and receive a full refund for the item not wanted. The courier didn't allow me to do it and when talked back to UKFD explaining the situation they have eventually advised the only possibility was to send that back at my expenses (we are talking about big parcels clearly!). I don't really like the company inflexibility, which I think should be a given when buying very expensive items like flooring and the company should invest on their online management area to give a fair grace period to customers.
