Pavers Shoes

Good selection of shoes that you would wear on a normal day. Found some great everyday men's shoes at a reasonable price. Staff provide great assistance but will leave to browse. Good relaxed atmosphere and so nice to find a shop without load music!

Staff are fabulous they go above and beyond to help a pleasure shopping there.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEWent into the store today with my great aunt to find her some shoes, she struggles finding shoes and so was delighted to have the young girl with dark hair there to help us. All staff working this Sunday had outstanding knowledge and couldn't have been more willing to bend over backwards for us! We left the shop with great smiles on our faces and pavers bags in hand! Can't wait to return to them members of staff! Would defiantly shop here again recommended

Update to below: I took the original pair back in January and they were exchanged for a new pair of the same kind. Now in March they are already spoiling. Weird bubbling affect and peeling of outer layer on top of right boot.I thought pavers was supposed to be a reputable brand. This quality is shockingly bad. Will be going back to Clarks once these give up the ghost, which clearly won't be very long now.AVOID PAVERS AT ALL COSTS********************Brought a pair of boots from them at the beginning of October. The staff were lovely, but the boots are exceptionally poor quality.6 weeks of wearing these to walk to work (and sitting all day at a desk job) and there is a hole in the right boot. I brought these so I could walk to work over the winter, but will now have to take spare shoes and socks to the office with me everyday to change out of as the right boot leaks very badly.Shortest lived pair of shoes I've ever brought - £52 down the drain after 6 weeks, and just before Christmas so I have no way to replace them. Shockingly poor quality and they lasted just long enough that the receipt to return was no longer valid.

What absolutely lovely staff. The two ladies who served me today were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, it was a real pleasure to buy boots in the Liverpool store today.The shop has a really happy and inviting atmosphere, despite being busy, every customer got smiles, were seen to efficiently and with care. I will be picking up 2 more pairs on Friday and will be recommending to everyone.

Bought a pair of boots on Thursday 20th October. £45-00. I wore them for the girst time on Sat 22nd October. Only from car to drop my Granddaughter off .Then back home. The boots looked like I had them for ages they wete bent at anklesand at the back by the heels. Took them back to shop in Lord st Liverpool only to be told that thats the way manmade boots go ,and if I had worn them indoors and not outside they could have helped me. The assistant then went on to tell me that they could have resold the boots if I had not worn them .I walked out in discust

Went to Llandudno for a holiday and went into Pavers for a pair of shoes for my husband and there was a sale on. I then got 2 pairs of shoes and the member of staff there was a amazing. I am disabled and the assistant went above and beyond to help me to get the shoes on my feet. But I am sorry cannot remember her name. But thank you PAVERS LLANDUDNO.

Went in on Sunday 16th Jan with a friend who needed a pair of shoes. My friend has some additional needs and the staff were great. The fella with the white hair and glasses made sure the size, fit etc were right and said if they didn't fit they could be brought back. The lady who was working was also lovely and was chatting with my friend ( tell her the one who said she looked like one of the Nolan sisters) he had her in hysterics. Made shopping a nice experience and they are a credit to you

We went in today to look at the shoes for my Husband. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to give us what we wanted. What a clever idea to waterproof shoes as you buy them and at such a reasonable cost.Thank you

The Day I went in there were 2 staff on and seen quite busy, but what I did like was they let us look around before jumping on us. We were helped by a lovely lady very helpful but didn't get to see her name.On the other hand the other member of staff on an older man called Steve was dreadful he served us at the till and his attitude at the till was awful.I am a retail manager and I would not have him working for me.
