Kingston Park Post Office

I use this postoffice/shop often, and I really like it, especially the blond older lady who deals with the parcels. She is always very polite and straight to the point. The shop is well-stocked if a little bit pricey compare to Tesco, but I do not mind.

The staff don't seem to care about their customers, abrupt isn't the word and very unhelpful. I don't actually think my parcel has been returned to sender!!!! Not happy at all!!!

Today I have bad experience with this office, I have tried to send signed or registered mail to DVLA, and I felt been exposed to Racial abuse, to be honest the gentlewoman was not frankly saying it ,but she shouted in front of my face and starring in my eyes. I have.Supposed I came from my country to work in NHS to understand the details of the Royal mail, I have to make some studies in mail to ensure that I will no expose to this bad situation.After that happened I decide to leave the office though I have paid the 6.5 pound of the parcel, I am thinking in other office or carrier for sending the letter.From my first year in UK, most of my Visits to the Royal mails post offices I have felt trauma soring my dignity.Thank you the great employe that gave my this bad experience. Absolutely disgusting experience. My wife told me about how rude and outright degrading the older woman working at the post office is. Today I got to see why she felt the way she did. This person has no respect when she speaks. She shouldn't be representing the Post Office at all. I will be filing a complaint directly to the Post Office and discuss options with them. When she signed the franchise agreement, she agreed to abide by specific rules which gave her the benefit to run the franchise. I will be reviewing the franchise agreement but on Post Office website they say that people running a post office franchise should have the following:entrepreneurs

Staff are miserable...new lady behind shop floor till rude with strange manner. I would expect this type of customer service off Kids but not grown women.

My hub and me use this post office often. Ironically enough when the front of the lityle office has a sign that says “we will treat you with respect” the grumpy old lady who is working there has never even smiled, let alone being polite, no “please” or “thank you” and seems to be giving orders to me when she’s supposed to be advising me on things I’m not familiar with when sending parcels. I don’t know if it’s my race that’s upsetting her, no matter what, please Royal Mail be keen on training some of your employees on basic ethics.

The woman working behind the post office kiosk has terrible customer service skills. She doesn’t greet you and she is very short, didn’t thank me for my dealings and didn’t say goodbye as well as not saying hello. It’s my second time dealing with her, and was not polite on either occasion, even about asking what’s in my package, she was like “well, you’re not covered for jewellery”, not oh jewellery isn’t covered by second class, is that ok? (A bit of customer service goes a long way and might even improve her mood if she was a little more polite) Miserable abrupt woman who shows she’s not happy and she brings others down with her cold attitude, okay if you have a bad day we understand but I work in customer relations myself and wouldn’t dream of approaching a customer with this body language and attitude, unless I wanted sacking!

Great little post office set in a well stocked shop. The staff are friendly, quick and good at their job. If it gets busy there's nearly always someone else to jump on the second till so queues are always dealt with quickly by experienced and helpful staff.
