Was dealt with by Ash this morning. Nothing was too much trouble even though I went in with a customer service issue, and wasn’t there to purchase anything. Very patient, knowledgeable and great customer care. Many thanks!

Went there to solve an issue and tried to get help from one of the sellers and he told me to call O2 and sort it out through the phone I went outside the store in order to make the call but was too noise and I had to go inside the store to hear the lady on the phone and a seller just told me in a rude way to stop coming in the store, I felt really disappointed with his attitude thinking that I was a thief. Next time just treat better the potential customer and be polite.

I placed an order online for store pick-up and then got an email saying that I need to wait after telling me the item was ready to collect. Anne was so lovely to help me and I got the tablet straight away by doing the contract with her in store. She is very good ,patient and kind. Thank you so much Anne!

Ash was brilliant and fast at swapping me from Vodafone where I’ve had some really poor service to sim only on my husband’s existing O2 account. Answered all my questions and was really friendly and efficient

Staff not aware of how to sort out basic issues, we had to explain multiple times what we need and how to do it. Natasha had an appalling manner, not professional at all and opening line to me was 'do you speak English?' just because my husband has an accent and he spoke first. I was really upset and Mohamed was the only reason we did not change company. Horrible customer service. Would give 0 stars if possible.
