Asda Swindon Haydon Supercentre
Just to warn people about parking. Went there Friday evening after work and again Saturday morning. I do that most weeks. Well I received a £70 fine showing me arriving on Friday and leaving Saturday, claiming I was in the car park for 11 hours! Somedy else I know received same letter for similar. You lost two customers.

Asda cafe was amazing part from the staff all were slow apart from Dexter in the Asda cafe who was doing everything and was very friendly but you need quicker staff please rest of the lady's were slow I feel for the lad Ty Dexter

Normally I don't have too many problems shopping here but the last 2 Saturday mornings have been ridiculous with massive queues. Today 20 minutes waiting in a queue just to pay is a joke. Last week I used the self scan but today the queue for that was just as bad as any other queue. Staff looked absolutely cheesed off and on speaking to them they said there aren't enough staff. Next week I am definitely shopping elsewhere.

This shop has gone downhill recently, recent food hygiene rating was ZERO, shelves are disorganised, dirty, and stocked poorly, especially in the world foods aisle, multiple items out of stock for weeks at a time. Items also change location constantly so you can never find anything. Clothes section is also a mess with poor choice of sizes. Toilets are disgusting all the time. Staff seem to only be present when stocking shelves in the evening. Tills are constantly overrun on the weekends and the queues block the aisles. There doesn't appear to be anyone taking care of the trolleys outside so they block the road. Money was wasted on renovating the food hub"

Used this store a lot over the years, but moved away for a couple of years before moving back to Swindon. Shocked that the stores standards have fallen so low. Hard to find baskets and trolleys, rude staff, no customer service. Food ranges are very poor. Find the shopping experience in West Swindon much better. Apart from living so close to Asda, I will start to look to shopping at other supermarkets. Asda raise your standards.

My mother is in a wheelchair, we went to use the disabled toilet only to find it was locked. I went to customer service to get the key only to be told someone pinched the toilet key in the week and they haven't replaced it. So my mother could not use the disabled toilet. I was told to use the mother and toddler toilet, but there was no handles to help her up. It was an absolute disgrace,

Sadly my deliveries come but are missing many items. The replacements are odd at best and I regularly have to go to Morrisons to complete my weekly meals. This week no replacements...driver said it's because the big bosses were visiting and so the shelves were fully stocked.

Customer service is Zero. I wrote to the manager about a theft. He has completely ignored the letter. I have been in several times asking for a response but nothing. I would expect better from a manager. He obviously doesn't care about customers. I also spoke with till manager, she promised she would let me know one way or another if he intended to reply but nothing. Customer service by Email is locked up, you go round and round. Extremely poor. Not what you would expect of a store manager, customer service should be 5 star.You have asked for me to elaborate, What address? Pointless writing to the store? Firstly I would like to know why the store manager feels he should ignore letters he receives?

Beware of this shop! Shopping is alright, but should you need to use the toilet, you are in for a very nasty surprise. This is the worst smelling toilet I've ever experienced. Best to be avoided at all costs.
