I went to balanced bodies derby after having a bad shoulder for years on and off. Ross was amazing after 3 visits I can do everything again. Ross was so professional polite and I would 100% recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Had a lymphatic drainage massage with Natasha. She has changed my life, can't believe how brilliant its worked. Natasha is lovely and definitely knows her job .

Went in with ongoing lower back issues. Alex went to work on the root of the issues from the psoas through leg and back manipulation. Movement through both legs increased dramatically and left the clinic able to squat deeply and looking forward to running again soon. Really can't recommend highly enough worth more than every penny. Fantastic service a master of his craft. Alex also has an easy to understand explanation for the mechanics of the problems. Showing that his understanding is very impressive.

Natasha is brilliant, goes that extra mile to help and put you at ease. I would highly recommend her. She does a great job. The new building is so much better than the previous spot, an all round good service

Balanced Bodies has provided me with outstanding service and treatment from day one. I called late on a Friday in absolute agony and they squeezed me in on a Monday for treatment. Ross is a fantastic osteopath, he ensured I always knew what treatment I was receiving and what to expect after treatment. Within a few sessions I was completely pain free and I haven’t had a migraine in almost 3 months. I recently started reiki treatment with Natasha to continue the “restore - repair - relax” philosophy of Balanced Bodies. Every session with Natasha has been such an impactful experience and I see positive improvements from the sessions. Natasha and Ross have healing hands!

I went to Balanced Bodies for the first time today. I was thoroughly impressed with the set up. Great consultant, brilliant treatment for on going lower back pain, left moving more freely.... practically gliding.My daughter had a massage from Natasha, she was a little apprehensive at first. However Natasha put at her at ease, explaining what she was doing she went along. My daughter really enjoyed her treatment and was asking when she can book in again. Fabulous result.

Alex has treated me on a number of occasions. He is very efficient and knowledgeable, putting things back in place and releasing stubborn muscles, I would definitely recommend!
