The Loft at Rutland Nursery
I cannot recommend The Loft enough. The setting is beautifully calming and all equipment is provided. Tash is so friendly and an exceptional yoga teacher, totally passionate about her subject. Nothing is too much trouble and she has so many ways of adapting moves to meet everyone’s capabilities. I am new to yoga but tried a few places before discovering The Loft and this setting and teaching is by far the best.

This is a wonderful addition to our town of Oakham. Tasha is professional and very friendly. Nothing is too much. The studio is a haven for relaxation. I thoroughly recommend.

A beautiful yoga and pilates studio. Would highly recommend. Hanri's classes are great for my long distance running training.

Such a cool space. Tash is a fantastic teacher and despite me having the flexibility of a cast iron pipe when I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease with the poses cleverly adapted to suit my level. Felt great afterwards. Oakham’s oasis!

A beautiful, spacious and unique space with talented and lovely teachers. Can highly recommend for yoga, Pilates and fitness classes. There is something for everyone, regardless of experience and ability and you will be made to feel so very welcome.

I love this studio it's great. Been having different classes with Tash and they've been amazing, she's so good. I have an old back injury so was a little worried about that before i started, but I've never felt so good since doing yoga here. Highly recommend!
