The gentleman who helped at self-checkout around Wednesday (tall, imposing, probably had glasses) was super helpful with helping mw redeem a free voucher. Very knowledgeable and cheerful attitude.

Great superstore!Plenty of items in stock.Easy with car parking with free 2.5 hours!Very pleasant visit and plenty of self checkouts.Open for the majority of the day.Pleasant shopping journey.

The 5* goes to Sam from Click&Collect who was an absolute star and went above and beyond solving issues with an order at a critical time (we had ordered a large frozen turkey that hadn't shown up). Would give 6* if I could.The shop itself is bigger than most Sainsburys so selection and hours are very good. Sometimes they do have gaps in stock; also checkouts seem understaffed, self checkout staff in particular are doing their best but often seem like they could use more people. Having to scan the ticket to leave the checkout area is cumbersome, the assumptions are demeaning to customers, and it fails more often than not causing disruption for all. Overall the store should be an easy 4.5 but probably deserves a 3.5 because of these issues.

Large superstore, stacked with fabulous products and produce. Spoilt for choice here, an enjoyable shopping experience. The staff member that assisted me was so polite and very helpful. Petrol station, carwash, Specsavers instore, ATMs.

Rude unhelpful staff.Lots of stock in the wrong places.Out of stock of a lot of there own branded food.And a lot of the time prices on the shelfs vary to the price being paid when you get to the till.

Love it hereThere's always so many things to buy.Its super tidy, well stocked and even features a halal section. I wish thay didn't switch to Tariq halal though, even though it is better quality meat, its much mor expensive compared to Shazans.We bought all the essentials and got great Nectar deals and discount

I've been coming here for years as I live just behind it, but it's been getting worse and worse. Dangerous car park with lights not working near the gates I have to walk through which happens to be where groups of people hang out and drink, there are often joyriders in the car park at night, beggers following you to the trolley parking. Never enough checkout staff and self service is always packed with the staff rushed off their feet. I always have to hunt down a basket or trolley, most of which need fixing. Some of the staff have been there for years and are really helpful and nice, they deserve better working conditions. I feel like since it was made into a delivery hub they don't care about customers who shop in person. Won't even fix the sainsburys sign which has been half lit for months now. I don't feel safe shopping here.

I love this outlet. Clean, organized and has many food and items options. Enough parking, safe and peaceful to shop at. My family & I enjoy shopping here and it's definitely our preferred supermarket. Just one question, how come the fitting room at the clothing section is non-operational?

This is the best supermarket ever. It has EVERYTHING you could ever need (and some!). It is well organised, staff are helpful, and it is just a genuinely excellent experience. Confused as to how anyone has reviewed it badly, I sing its praises whenever the opportunity arises.
