Nice drinks and a pleasant atmosphere but it took an extremely long time to get served: ~15 minutes. The man in front of us gave up and walked out!

Lovely place to stop for a coffee and bite, coffee delicious, lots of choice, prenty of treats and sandwiches to choose from. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Normal Nero's coffee/atmosphere, disappointed that each time I have been in there late afternoon there aren't any pastries. Does not help when you have discount vouchers for coffee and pastries, hence two stars for food.

Always a lovely atmosphere in Cafe Nero, plus they allow dogs. A bit slow serving but they probably cannot have two baristas in the small space.

Quick service despite it being Sunday midday and busy! Friendly staff with a quickly diminishing range of snack foods available - lots of sweet things - cakes, muffins etc.Quick and friendly service by the baristas and all staff. Pretty full but a good turnover of customers so you would get a seat pretty quickly, even though we visited in a Sunday midday

Gets really busy... not sure if they need extra staff to cope. Coffee is great as always but the sausage, egg and and bacon ciabatta should be renamed ‘omelette and bacon fat with shavings of sausage... ciabatta
