Our car started to leak oil heavily so my partner took us to the nearest garage. They said it would be 30 min or so so we left them with the car as we went to get breakfast. I felt very uncomfortable, none of the staff wore a face mask or adhere to social distancing. That to one side I just got a bad feeling, I felt like I was in a episode of thug life..what I didn't understand either was that the car had a physical fault i.e leaking oil so I wasn't sure why they wanted £25 cash to conduct a diagnostics test? Luckily I looked them up on Google during breakfast to confirm my suspicions. I told my partner to go somewhere else. We returned to be informed or given the impression it was going to cost a lot of money and how our engine could blow up in its current condition. They said they would call us with a quote Monday. Thankfully they never did.We rang Park Street Motors whom we fed back what was said..they offered to look at the car for free and we have since ordered the part and got it fixed for £50. In short do not use this garage.

Very Fast Service, my car shock absorber broke down and they fixed it in 2 hours. The whole staff is professional and very friendly.

Friendly service and excellent quality

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGETook my car to this garage for a simple MOT and service. They damaged my exhaust being heavy handed when performing emissions test and refused to fix the problem. They claimed wear and tear although the exhaust had been replaced a year earlier and there wasn't any audible blowing from the exhaust when it arrived with them. Sounds like a race car now. When payment was refused they took the car keys and refused to return the car to me until the amount was paid. Very aggressive, rude and intimidating. Do not trust these people. Any garage that only accepts cash as payment does not sit right with me in when we're in 2020.

They get the work done and are straightforward about what it will set you back without giving you any nasty surprises. The work often comes in under what they have quoted you. Feel like i can trust them completely which is a godsend when there are a lot of dodgy garages out there - in my experience.

Have been coming here for approx the past 12 years. MOT, Service and various work over the years.. The guys are fantastic, very professional, friendly and genuine, definitely wouldn't trust another garage ever..If you manage to get in, lucky you.....

Bin going to this garage some years now. Theyre always fast and friendly and go the extra mile! I have no knowledge of cars and everyone fears they may be being duped but the mechanics here will specifically show you the issues and fully explain how and why it needs to be repaired so that you completely understand what your paying for. As someone with autism this is massively important to me and for that reason Id say the customer service here is 2nd to none.

Been taking my car here for over 2 years now, always very honest, reliable and fair prices. Whether it's a simple job, MOT , bigger job you name it, it is always done well and within a day - they will always ring to check the price is ok before doing work too which is very helpful.
